Cancellation Policy
Our cancellation policies are straightforward. If weather conditions prevent sailing, we'll reschedule your adventure at no extra cost. If rescheduling isn't feasible, we'll provide a refund (within 10-15 business days). For extraordinary cancellations, no penalty up to 24 hours before the tour; after that, a deposit penalty applies.
